Telluride's West Pacific House is a spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathroom fully equipped private home. One block from the gondola and the Oak St. lift, the West Pacific House is located in the heart of Telluride. Skiing, shopping and fine restaurants are a short walk from this lovely home.

Tastefully decorated and with amenities that include an outdoor hot tub, fire place, two level solarium, great views of the surrounding mountains and ski area, whirlpool bathtub, steam shower, gourmet kitchen, large living and dining area. The West Pacific House is an ideal space for gathering and entertaining.

The West Pacific House is a three level home. The master bedroom suite on the third floor has a king size bed and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and steam shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private library/sitting room. The library is a private bedroom with a queen bed.

The middle level has the kitchen, dining area/ great room, fireplace, outdoor patio, grilling deck, powder and laundry room.
On the first level there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a queen, a queen and twin, a solarium with a daybed and trundle and a deck with outdoor hot tub.

The West Pacific House will ideally lodge a large family, or four couples. The house will accommodate a maximum of 12. There are 5 separate sleeping areas and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king, there is a queen bed in the library. On the first floor there is a queen, a queen plus twin and a day bed with trundle. The house is rented by the week Saturday to Saturday during the winter regular and holiday seasons. A 4 night minimum is required during other times.

West Pacific House does not take credit cards, A non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance in the event of cancellation. Dogs are welcome for a daily fee of $20. A Refundable $500 deposit is required. Telluride has a 12.4% lodging tax.

Town of Telluride lodging tax is 12.4%.

Maximum occupancy is 11 adults.
